- Payment
We require 50% deposit of total reservation to be received 1 week prior to arrival during low season and 30 days prior to arrival during high and peak season, the balance to be settled upon arrival
- No Show and Cancellation Policy
in the case of a "no show" or a cancellation received 7 days or less prior to arrival during low season and 30 days or less during high and peak seasons, the deposit will be forfeited. In the case of an early departure, 100% of the total reservation will be charged to the guest.
