Terms and Conditions

1. Check in/out
   Check in time : 14.00 pm
   Check out time : 12.00 am
   
   
2. Rates
   Rates are in US$ and are subject to 11% Government tax
   
   
3. Airport Transfer
   Rates include one vehicle per villa per airport transfer.
   Additional vehicles required due to size or luggage will be charged at prevailing rates
   
   
4. Seasons
   
   • Low
     January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter)
     September 1 to November 30th
   • High
     July 1st - 31st
     Easter Holiday, Hari Raya Idul Fitri and other Public Holiday
   • Peak
     June 1st to August 31st
     December 20th to January 8th
5. Payment
   In order to guarantee reservations we must receive deposit payment equivalent to a minimum 1 (one) nights accommodation, 7 (seven) days before check in date Full payment should be paid on check out date   
   
   
6. Cancellation    
   Reservation cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum one night accommodation.
